It might sound counterintuitive, but the Thais in the UK are better than the ones that I met in Pattaya and Phuket. Over there Long Time bookings are cheap so you can do pretend dating, going around town in the back of their motorbikes, meals and shopping etc. But for full on hanky panky I prefer the Water Street tourers.
