Location - Hotel on the main road, easy to find near the airport, parking is available on the side roads as well as paid parking in the hotel, hotel is right opposite a petrol station, so getting money is not an issue.
Services - Did not happen, I messaged early in the day for an evening booking, all confirmed, very delayed and slow responses. As the time neared I let her know I was walking up and had radio silence, chilled in the hotel bar for 15 mins, tried calling and messaging again and got nothing back. Annoyed at the loss of time I drove off only for her to message me 30+ minutes after the initial agreed time " did I not give you the room number, where are you?" this really annoyed me as the comms initially were already a great indicator of me being messed about but I still wasted time and petrol.
Recommendation - looking at others experiences seems like a common theme, would not recommend at all especially in an area like Heathrow where most punters would have to commute to see.
