A suspected webcam spammer here, has escort rates, but no feedback despite being a member for around 4 months. Totally unrealistic prices as well, one of the most expensive in the area.

I don't think this is a scam as such, looks like you said she works for an agency, but is advertising as an indie. I came up with a similar search for an escorts a while back, which had a profile linked to a Polish advert for recruiting escorts - it was weird.

Not a scam as far as I know it is common for escorts to post on two sites and at different rates. Google images will link to them, if the same images are used.
