I think you may be right. I’ll test the waters when I have a bit more time.

They are filling up the first three pages with fakes now. AW don’t give a fuck and the more accounts the scammers create, the more chance of a catching someone in their net

I've noticed this as well. I keep seeing lots of the same fake accounts on AW, which I report, only to see them again. Sometimes with the same pictures of famous pornstars! So, AW have the technology to block repeat accounts, but will only use it on people trying to help them and not the scammers who keep creating the same fake accounts over and over again. This proves without doubt AW are only interested in making money from these fake accounts and don't give a shit about the frequency in which they're created. A couple of us have had previous discussions for quite a while now saying that it's highly likely AW themselves are creating some of the fake accounts.

I am surprised no one has bothered to investigate their shenanigans. AW has "fraudulent activity" written all over it.

I now report fake accounts via email to [email protected]. But guess what, they're getting shitty with me doing that now.

In short, I am a real pain in the ass for them, and I will continue being one for the foreseeable future.

They benefit from the credits, time and time again have shown they don't give a crap about how they make it.

That's a shame. If they keep this up, we might need a dedicated thread to bring this to light, and hopefully to get the attention of AW to clean up their act. That's some really scummy behaviour on the part of AW. And short-sighted on their part because ultimately AW makes their money from us, with the cash flowing from our hands to the SPs, and then from the SPs to AW.

Without exaggerating, there's so many fake accounts in my local area that I'm missing some of the legitimate ones.

I tried that and got about 10 replies before the thread dried up and went dead. Seems too many accept that because of what we are doing , there will be fakes and B&S.

We should agree as a forum not to use the credit system until action is taken, but that suggestion won’t get any traction

You won't be the only one. But until AW remove the blinkers and wake up to smell the coffee, it will continue.

I've gone as far as page 8 on Thursday evening. Search criteria by registered date, and left everything else as the default setting.

I recognise at least 40 repeat same profiles that get created daily, using the same photos over and over again.
There are a few new profiles that are using fake photos in more than one account, and in more than one location.
I've been creating a log of fake accounts for over 3 or 4 years now. More recently I've also logged the phone numbers against those accounts as well. Sometimes it's easier to find a repeat fake account in my logs using the phone number rather than a photo. However if I search for a phone number in my logs, occasionally it will pull up anything between 10 to 20 other fake accounts. So not only are these scammers and people traffickers using the same fake photos in their fake profiles, they are also recycling the same phone numbers in different accounts as well.

AW could quite easily stop a phone number from being used again, or stop it being used in several accounts at once. But they won't because as we know, it will affect profits being made.

There seems to be an ever growing trend of duplicate accounts being created every day at the moment, all using the same photos in different locations. Can be up to 4 AW profiles with exactly the same photos being used.

I've pointed this out to AW (via email to [email protected]) and surprisingly they've been pretty quick in removing them.
There is one jobsworth operative however at AW who likes to remind me "As already advised, these accounts are already UNDER INVESTIGATION.
If you see "Verification Pending: This Member has not yet verified their profile. Please exercise caution." at the top of their profile, then PLEASE do not report it."

He/she seems to be too thick to understand the point I am trying to make in that if they scrutinised the accounts before allowing them to go live, then they would be spotting these fakes for themselves and stopping them from being uploaded in the first place.

AW also seem reluctant to use their blocking tactic they have used on me for some reason. Ah, yes, these fake accounts earn them money. How silly of me too nearly forget that.

I had two accounts and one I would use to leave truthful feedback which they objected to. They deleted my accounts.
Apparently leaving feedback that a SP had a smelly anus is not 'in keeping with the terms' or 'spirit of the site' I don't remember.

They even have a pre prepared copy and paste statement for people that report accounts now. They tell you to setup another account to report profiles , then ban the account for following their own process.

My advice would be to never contact admin or anyone running that site. They will read through your emails too. I had some deleted. You'd do well not to draw any attention to yourself. You can't even dispute the lost credit from them deleting your account.
As for fake profiles, surely it makes sense leaving them up so they don't reappear with new identities to start the chase and reporting all over again? Hopefully by the time they've realised they've been busted it could have saved the punter alot of hassle had the fake profile been recorded on this site but left to exist on AW?

Ideally it would appear on this site as 'suspect' if you Google the mobile number?

Having lost a verified AW account by "not acting within the spirit of AW membership" and hadn't been using it for a while for "seeking services" I had a hell of a fight on my hands to get it reinstated again. Had it not been for the amount of positive feedback I had on it, I wouldn't have bothered.
As for not using it for "seeking services", the feedback I had proved otherwise, and as we're in the middle of a pandemic, obviously I wasn't using it at the time to seek, as per their advice.

Use this one. Rule 22 if the number is displayed on an advert then it can be listed. You can’t post social media links or WhatsApp profile pics.

I think the email only profiles, that are flooding the site, may be an advance fee scam. They sometimes show as accessing from Nigeria

You would have thought that after reporting this same faker EVERY DAY to Adultwork, they might off their arses and actually do something about it.

The scammer uses the same fake blowjob photo each and every time in the main profile, and has approx. 6 other photos that get used at random for the other 2 profile photos.

The fake profile can be in Northampton, Lincolnshire, West Yorkshire, Bristol, Ilford, etc, or sometimes has 3 or 4 profiles all on the go at the same time in any of those locations.

But AW typically ignore all of this, and all the proof, and just say "the profile is flagged as suspicious, so we've given people a warning about it"

I've got a record of these fake photos being used as far back as June 2018.

Well I well and truly lost my rag with AW last night and fired a few fucks into them via email and I got a stern reply from them this morning saying that :-

" Abusive behaviour either towards members of the site or members of the AdultWork.com Team will not be tolerated. It is considered outside the Spirit of the Club and we would refer you to our User Agreement"

"We apologise if you have found our previous responses inadequate for your particular problem, although abusive or threatening correspondence is unlikely to receive any special consideration"

Nothing was mentioned that they would make more of an effort to stop this scammer from breaking the User Agreement and also acting outside the Spirit of the Club however.

Bunch of tossers.

Anyway, today the scammer has created yet another fake account.

Clearly this group sling up multiple profiles and change them later. I suspect all from the same browser / IP.

As we have discussed, to us this looks like a gang controlling prostitution across several cities. It’s been reported to AW, crime stoppers and anti slavery, with no action from anyone

I’ve used the online form for modern slavey several times, as well as the crime stoppers online form. With CS you can select follow up, when I went back a few days later the response was, thanks we know about the site.

That's ok..... As long as you gave the maximum information you had they will do the rest from there. That's about as much feedback as you are going to get tbh. You've done your bit and have to be congratulated on that.

Someone is going to be a bit short of money today.

I reported 4 daily fake profiles and AW had removed them all by mid afternoon. I'm going to try and do the same every day this week, and as long as AW don't get pissed off with me, these fakers might get the message to finally fuck off. Or start using new fake photos. Luckily I have a very good photographic memory and should soon spot that occurring.
