Decided to TOFTT though in hindsight all the signs to be weary were there

Messaged on whatsapp - fast on comms and sent voice notes that seemed that she was legit about a meet -

We were initially meant to meet for a fairly last minute in call (2 hours notice) and she had initially asked for a deposit but retracted that and said I didn't need one. However with half hour to go before the meet she had cancelled as her 'nan was unwell' - fair enough, I wasn't mad as I was around the area anyway.

Few days later I messaged for an outcall, and a time and location was agreed. I had specially hired a room away near work to avoid suspicion from the wife. Understandably I pay a deposit (fortunately it was two figures rather than three as I have done previously...) She gives me an eta of 20mins after confirming she has received the deposit and left. I try to call her a few times in the interim to gauge her progress to which my calls are cancelled.

The rest is history. Screenshots are attached of the conversation. She reportedly got into a car accident, which could have been possible for all intents and purposes. Though she promised to send me the money back she hasn't. Though I gave her the benefit of the doubt and asked to meet again, she has reportedly fallen ill and her nan is round hers - yet, I have seen she displayed herself as available every single evening since the planned meet.

Sorry to read that fella and perhaps this (for you anyway) is a lesson learned.
There is nothing on this SP’s AW profile that would entice me to pay a deposit.

I’m not saying deposits should never be paid. But only to well known and trusted individuals. You will read enough on here from members who will say “Never Never” pay upfront.

So put this one down to experience and as has been said. Report it.
