I arranged a booking via text with Barbie for 30mins in Derby at midday, this was confirmed by reply.
As I was making my way to Derby I received a text to cancel the booking because "the homeowner is coming to fix the slightly broken door and didn't tell me in advance". This was challenged and I get a text back with "new booking opportunity, my dear" "i'm sorry".

So, my booking was cancelled as they took a more lucrative booking. This ruined my mood so didn't bother looking elsewhere.
