She is very hyigenic which is important to me. However, she is a clockwatcher, but not mechanical but she kept teasing and driving me crazy, so I would extend because once time is over she will ask if you want to extend or she should leave.

I would say early to mid 40s, she looks too good for 45+. Google Zlata Anilos / Anilos Zlata, and you will find her, but I think now she looks better.
