i have seen her countless of times over 2 years. rimming has always been extra so are you saying she gave you rimming without charging extra?

She does ask (incl on her AW profile) that reviewers don't go into great detail because she wants to the freedom to be able to go with the flow with someone one day, without setting up expectations and therefore hassle if she isn't comfortable doing the sane thing always with everyone. It seems in both sides interests to respect her wishes.
 I tried to strike a balance by giving information that would be helpful (I.e. is the profile accurate, how did it feel in practice) without being too specific, but in retrospect it didn't work. Think I'll leave it at that.

She must have changed her tune slightly-I remember reading on her profile not too long ago that she said she would ban anyone reviewing her on sites like UKP from ever seeing her again.  Now she seems to be okay with reviews-within reason.

I never feel its the job of reviewers to add something new, unless they particularly want to, and have an especially engaging perspective. And it may be that the most interesting thing about the person being reviewed is that they make a consistently good impression (or have failed to), and that the punt in discussion is a useful affirmation that those standards are being maintained. So, as long as basic details are covered, that seems good enough to me.

If you feel the OP hasn't included enough detail then report it and the mods will have a look and give the official version of what needs to be added, what we don't want is several members picking on a reviewer for what they perceive to be insufficient information, it discourages reviews.
