It says

Can’t access it via normal way

Are you using a VPN? There are certain locations that this site does not like, mainly as it would see a high level of traffic from the same IP address.

As the others say, check that help thread given in reply 1.
But just to make life easy, the admins have installed an extra layer of security on the server and you may be getting hit by Cloudflare's checks.
Close and restart your browser then log back in again. But if you still have problems ask in that correct thread
