Booking: 

Made a booking via WhatsApp in August 2024, morning weekday appointment. Asked for a full body massage (Abhyanga). A time and date was agreed and confirmed. 20 minutes before the appointment.  I was asked if I was male or female. I said I was male. They have a strict policy on male to male and female to female massages. They had no males available and only 1 female working. I said this was fine with me. They said no. A female cannot massage a male. The appointment must be cancelled. 

It was cancelled. I was already on my way, I was annoyed. 

Please read the site rules. A booking was confirmed. I did not see anyone and no money changed hands. I can still write a review as a booking was confirmed on whatsapp.  That's why I posted it.
