Probably residents and clearly word has gone round about what's happening there but IMO the paint and graffiti make the area look antisocial and bad whereas 10 or 12 punters quietly coming and going isn't really any bother is it 

Not sure if it's a shared building but there was reference to kids living there and men going in and out however everyone living there is now affected by the vandalism

Personally I think he's a knob, who clearly thinks he's being cleaver and just shows that some people will do anything for a video on YouTube - fame and money hunters are pathetic.
