The second one will not be Japanese - in fact the gumtree advert makes clear it is a Chinese massage place. The fact that it opens until 10 pm may suggest that extras could be available but I have not been there.

Neither have I been to the Thai place, but it sounds legit, at the moment anyway. I am aware of a totally legit non Thai masseuse at the same location but I don't think they are associated. There are various separate "studios" over I think 3 floors.

The second one is Pearl of Newport. They do the usual HR, B2B and sometimes oral. There are reviews in the massage section
