It doesn’t. It’s evident the punting community is all different levels of calibre and income. Don’t see the logic but don’t really care either to be honest.

Maybe the review detail would be more in a 2 hour booking so more distinguishable, maybe she just wants more money so got rid of 1 hour, maybe she just prefers longer bookings and finds it filters better people. Loads of variables.

I will say late is late. If you’re over 10-15 minutes late to an appointment it’s just common courtesy to send a message or a call and say you’re running late. From what the OP has alluded to is that she said neither and just rocked up.
