Conclusion: Really good service by Jennie so it's a positive but the handler messed up. I have been to HOD multiple times and I always ran into another handler who looked like she was late 30s/early 40s, short and not the kindest on the eyes. This time it was a blonde and pale girl in her late 20s/early 30s perhaps so not sure if she's new and just made a mistake but we all make trivial mistakes so I'll let it slide this time as I got back my money and still got a decent punt. Ironically that blonde handler was easily the best looking girl I've ever seen at HOD. I would happily pay triple the price to have a go at her.
