Communication: Quick reply back to messages, but post code she provided was for area around Hounslow West tube station & than she won't give exact location or address, she was providing some bus stand number - not being local from here I couldn't understand which bus stand & got very confusing. Eventually manage to find it, but took more than 15 mins & gone through 6 different bus stands
