What am i missing how has this review been discredited and how do we know this is john stoves?.

If their is evidence to prove this then that is unaceptable and should be banned but if its a case of the sp say so, then what is the point of this forum that when u post a negetive review all it takes is a word from the sp and your banned?.

If it is just the response from the sp then of course she is going to deny it, and why does a sp statement carry more weight than the punters on a punters forum??. But as ive said if their is credible evidence to prove this behaviour then that is total unaceptable.

No it isn't, however what I will say is I have seen evidence that he offered to post a positive review and rebut the negative in exchange for a booking.

That is something we don't take lightly and don't act on without evidence.

Perhaps I could have worded the banning reason better and I will amend that.
