My experience in other parts of Eastern Europe is that it is rare to get more than a hj in massage parlours.  They are much more open about sexual services over there, they don't use massage as a euphemism for sexual services like we do in the UK.  Someone who wants more will go to the kind of place that openly offers sexual services.
