Masseuse: Brenda, short lady in her fifties, said she came from Hong Kong.
Location: City centre, off Wellington Street. The spa is located on the third floor, fortunately the lift was working. The place is actually pretty nice, very clean and warm, all in all a very comfortable venue for a massage.
Action: I opted for a one hour deep tissue massage. To begin with I was a bit apprehensive as she took a while to get going, but eventually she got into her stride. A very thorough massage followed, lot's of knee and elbow action, making me wince a bit. Back was pummeled but in a good way and neck and shoulders given a good workout, using some kind of oil. If you're not into really firm massages then this treatment isn't for you it really was intense. The massage ran over the hour, more like seventy five minutes, so I definitely got my money's worth.
Verdict: I really enjoyed it, a quality experience and the strongest massage I've had up till this point. This is a legitimate establishment, no extras on offer that I could see and I get the feeling they are very strict about this.
