+1 on this.  Not so sure about Durex Ultra Thin condoms.  Had a mate who had a bad experience with these.  After he dumped a load inside a WG and withdrew then he was left looking at the plastic ring.  The rest looked like it had hit an IED - all shredded.  Skyns non latex i suggest.  Good with baby oil & they come in XL :)

Interesting Webpunter thanks for that.... Tbh the intention is use the ultra-thin for the BJ and then switch to the girl's condom. Hasnt worked out like that the two times ive used them, so i better sort that out

I have a slightly more specific, though related question. Is there an increased risk from deep throat without as opposed to just owo ? When an escort is cleaning herself up after a session involving oral, her mouth is obviously easier to deal with because she can look in a mirror but can she know that she has washed all the cum down her throat thoroughly ?

Sorry to quote myself but it makes things simpler. Some people have responded to this from the perspective of general sti transmission, ie an infection that gets harboured within the throat. Which is a perfectly legitimate way to answer. However what I am specifically asking and perhaps my original question was not clear, is the risk of a previous punters semen sticking to the wg's throat and a subsequent punter then having contact with afore mentioned semen. Semen to penis contact would obviously be a bigger deal than just general sti lurking in the wg's throat. Can semen be thoroughly washed down the throat ?

You'd better go suck a bloke off for us and find out.  Seriously I can't imagine it will dry out or that the WG won't notice.  In any case, any infection might already have been passed to the mouth area so not tasting cum during DFK is no guarantee of safety.

Can semen be thoroughly washed down the throat ?

I'm not going to answer the question directly because there may be people on here that don't want to know. What I will do is ask you a question and then, if you want to google the answer, you'll know.

Imagine you are subject to a sexual assault and a man makes you swallow his load. Then imagine how thoroughly you would want to clean your mouth and what you would do / use to achieve that cleanliness.  Now research sexual offences and find out how long after a sexual assault a suspect's DNA can be recovered.

By the way, I know the answer and I still require CIM and DFK on a punt.

Wowgeek, I think you are saying that deep throat is essentially a similar level of risk to owo and cim ? Not sure I could give up the latter two.

Whether its deep throat or just OWO they both carry a risk though I believe what he is saying is that STDs tend to live in the back of the throat.  They usually cause a sore throat for the girl and inflammation, though the throat will clear it in about 3 months all by itself.  However, bar in mind that if she has got an inflamed throat, it also increases the risk of her picking more things up from other punters.

If CIM is involved then this also increases the risk, particularly for the girl and even more so if she swallows.

I think unless you have been unfortunate enough to catch anything, then its easy to say "yeah, i could never give it up" or "yeah its worth the risk".   Attitudes quickly chance once you have experienced Chlamydia or Gonorrhea I can tell you!!!

Caught Herpes Simplex from OWO. Car pick up at night missed an obvious sign mark on the lip meaning she was active at that point.
When she started I was in pain so got her to stop. Seems I had small surface veins meaning the skin is paper thin over the vein any activity and you end up with a thin cut.  Thankfully the surface veins disappeared more importantly I attended a clinic within 24 hrs tested positive but if they catch the infection within 96 hours you can be cured. beyond that period and you are permanently infected.

Other problem not everyone shows signs of HS. Annoying thing was I was always OW I thought the cw was getting ready yo put one on me when mouth down and too late. Took just one out of hundred.

There is no cure for herpes be it on the mouth or the genitals

Forgot the name of the drug but it is used in stem cell transplants to Keep Epstein bar virus in check. This is a herpes that 98% of population already have. As stated if the drug is used quickly before Herpes takes hold the it does not take. You are correct if the short time passes then there is no cure because the virus finds safe area outwith the immune system particularly T cell which can wipe it out.

The virus need those few days to travel to a safe haven End of lesson

Never ever heard of that and dont believe that to be true sorry.

As far as I am aware, there are 3 drugs used to control Herpes, the most common being Acyclovir (Zovirax).  You can take it daily to suppress any outbreaks, but you cant get rid of the virus.  Once the virus is caught, its in you for life.  No treatment can remove it.  Not sure what your story about surface veins has to do with it either.  Herpes Simplex is a skin infection, it spreads whether you have cuts on your skin, veins or not, it doesnt matter.

It lives in your nerve ganglia just below your ear, whereas HSV2 lives in your spine.  There is also no treatment for Epstein Bar (mono) virus.

Are you getting confused with HIV where PEP medication can be taken within 72 hours to prevent the virus taking hold?

Drug used was Acyclovir. I was told treatment must start within either 72hrs or 96hrs cannot remember which. Within that time Acyclovir could deal with virus but after that time lapse no cure. You got me worried now.  You sound medical are you nurse or doctor in which case your response may be of use to people on this site. Especially if STD clinic giving out wrong information

Offline jawill

I have medical knowledge yes.

Acyclovir it's an anti viral used for herpes infections such as chickenpox, cold sores, genital herpes. It can't cure the virus, but it can suppress it. For example, some people with hsv2 (genital herpes) take a tablet every day and they don't get any outbreaks, our very few anyway. But they will always have the virus in them.

Oral herpes is no big deal. I have it myself since being a kid and I get one or two outbreaks a year now. I don't bother with any medication as such.

As for testing for it, in the UK NHS clinics they can only do a swob test.  This is unrealiable however as they must get viral fluid on the swob and the swob must be taken with 48 hours of the sore appearing.  Privately you can get a herpes UGH blood test done which looks for the specific HSV1 and HSV2 antibodies, though again, it's not 100% accurate, but doesn't need a sore to be present.

Did the gum clinic take a swob to diagnose you?

Offline jawill

Sorry, that should say Herpes IGG blood test. Spelling mistake!

Offline Jay72

Went down to the GUM clinic and had the all clear. What the doctor did point out was that it is highly unlikely for a bloke to catch anything from RO unless say you have vaginal juice on your hands and you dip them into your mouth - any potential nasties live at the back of mouth and I guess they have to get there. Good to know.

Some places like sandy superstars have it on the menu a lot. Had oral without many a time and caught nothing. Read a few scare stories about it . I thought I had got herpes from it once was almost in tears at the std clinic but turned out to be the cheap free soap in Amsterdam haha

They gave you it to help prevent an outbreak not to cure it or to stop it ever taking hold.  For a start you would not have had a sore that quickly so they could not swab you to find out if you had it as can only swab an open sore.  Acyclovir and similar meds only help prevent outbreaks or shorten outbreaks they do not stop you from catching it.  I think you got confused with what they were telling you.  As Jawill rightly said there is no medication that can stop Herpes from taking hold.
If there was such a medication then it would be very well known as people would take it every time they had OWO or any sexual contact as condoms don't even prevent Herpes as it is caught by skin to skin contact so the unprotected area around the genitals would be at risk.
Nice thought just a pity it is untrue
