I don’t think it’s AW. I think they have their own actual forum, can’t remember its name. Someone may have done a post about you there.

Nah, that was from Dec-23, 7 or so months ago. This review was a year before that. Truly mind-boggling. I imagine it was either a negative review I left or 180'ing someone, although I've only ever been nice and polite when walking.
