I arranged a booking with this one, and it was fairly straightforward. We confirmed the day before and the morning of the booking. However, at very short notice she had to cancel and the excuse was very much bullshit. 

No offer to rearrange or offer alternative times, so just a big old negative for me. Unfortunate as I'm sure she is genuine but clearly lacks any professionalism or respect for the other persons time.
