They are of her, but they were taken quite awhile ago (probably at least a decade ago), and were well photoshopped even then.  As you say, she has put on a bit of weight, but is still a cracking looking woman if you like the older woman.

She used to be part of the "Diva" group who had their own website, until it folded.  Like all that group, she tends to come to the UK for a week at most, at fairly infrequent intervals, so you have to be quick off the mark - wait a few days and she is likely to be gone again.  The apartment she is currently in is a lot smaller than those they have used previously, so no en-suite shower room, probably because of the insane rental prices now being charged.
