Thailand advice please

I have just been made aware of a possibility that in the coming weeks i could be visiting Myanmar (Burma) WW2 related

Whilst in Burma, i have 25 days to accomplish the task in hand, however, if all goes to plan then my stay there should be no more than 17 days after which, i will have the remaining 8 days to do as i please (this could potentially be pushed to 10 days)

Though i have not done all the homework, it is in my mind to then make my way to Thailand
 
Assuming i get to Thailand, then I have no intention of travelling around the country sightseeing, i just wish to make my way to a friendly resort/city where i can relax and play to my hearts content

So what i would like to ask from you guys is to clue me up on where i need to be heading (i dont wish to move around, keep it to one city please) give me an update on the current state of affairs in said cities

Priorities being...girls and costs involved
Hotels/apartments, girl friendly and costs involved
Costs in general, food, drink, internal mode of transport etc

The cost factor is not critical as i will not be on a tight budget but ball park figures to clue me up
All my major travel costs will be prepaid

I do have Thai contacts over there but i feel that they would just be a drain on both time and cash resources so again, this is where you guys come in

            I have virtually retired from punting in England but not in Thailand where I visit twice a year. You will find there is no comparison between the majority of Thai ladies on offer over here compared with their sisters over there. In Bangkok the girls are younger, prettier, slimmer and cheaper and there is a never ending supply.
            My preference is to stay in the Sukhumvit area which is where most of the best action is. Personally I prefer the massage shops but there are decent lookers lining the streets and there are, of course, the gogo bars in Nana Plaza and Soi Cowboy. Check out the massage shops websites which usually display the available girls so you can choose 1 (or 2 if you prefer). Charges for full service range from 2000 baht to 2600 baht for 1 girl. Have a look at Butterfly Massage on Soi 24, Picasso on Soi 19 and Analisa down soi 6. There are many others. Check out the Sukhumvit Psycho website for decent reports on various shops.
            There is also a good selection of outcall places. For instance Exotic, where the girls are simply gorgeous. I had a little beauty called Dara which cost me about 2600 baht. Make sure you book a hotel which allows girls back, though to be fair theyu nearly all do. Good hunting if you go.

As a forum helper, i would have thought you may have considered the contribution the member asking for help as made as opposed to jumping in with something which may be considered to be just a facetious comment, I over 4 times the reviews of what you have made and not only that, had you dug a little deeper then you would also have seen the amount of times i have helped others too

Over the years and more recently too, i have done my homework on Thailand but have never got there, though this was also related to travelling from the uk, not from other parts of Asia and of spending a number of weeks in Thailand possibly in a number of different resorts and not days like it would be this time

On this occasion, i do not have the luxury of time, my visit to Burma is last minute and work related, and as i will be so close to Thailand, then it was my idea to take in a quick visit if possible, if time was not so short, then asking for an up to date update...so to speak wouldnt have been necessary

So for all the guys whom know the country well, i was hoping that some kind gent (Like Chao Praya has done....thankyou old friend) would say...look, you have limited time, just go to XXXXX one of the best places to stay in would be Hotel XXXXX and if you are looking to have some sort of punt everyday then in that area expect to be paying xxxx for the girls and xxxx will cover food and drink, stay away from xxxx, have a really great time and feed back on your return......its not difficult is it

Uppity lad, he has a point, there are over half a dozen current threads with info less than 3 months old, from which to build a very strong and full to do list.

Again, homework had been done, but all with a planned long stay in mind, like i have said, this is extremely short notice and will be days in resort, not weeks which makes the info offered, far more important...again thankyou

I've used Thaifriendly and a lot of the Pattaya girls are freelance etc, but for BKK they seem to be after long lasting relationships.

I would agree with you that a higher percentage of ladies on TF in BKK seem to want a boyfriend than in say Pattaya but there are still enough Freelancers in BKK on TF to make it work for you (at least in my experience last year (3 times) and earlier this year - so recent!)

Don't know of anything better than TF to use on Thailand/Bangkok. I also used WeChat to some good effect (but not as good as TF) but you tend to get more Chinese on it than Thai!

we are all different, like different things, different ways of getting the girls etc. At least picking up freelancers (whether in bars or on the street etc) you get to see her, you can chat a bit (sometimes guys like to see if there is a bit more than just "do i like her body enough to fuck it"?) and you can agree with the girl on services etc. In my 4 trips to Thailand, i have never used an agency, only bar or street but also ThaiFriendly (phone app/website) a lot. Personally i found ThaiFriendly worked well for me and in most cases the girls looked like their profile. But each to their own when it comes to women and how to get them. its whatever works best for you.

I have not stayed in "top hotels" in Thailand for the same reason you said so don't know how they would be about someone bringing a girl back - i guess it may depend on how discreet you are etc. I always stay in 3 star hotels and not only have they all been ok with bringing girls back but the standard of rooms, service etc has been great - much better than our 3 star hotels and of course a lot cheaper (£25-40pn -maybe £35-50 in BKK itself).

The other thing i will mention is that whilst i have been to Chiang Mai and its great as a tourist place, i was with someone so didn't "punt" and although i wasn't "looking" i didn't notice as many massage shops and girlie bars etc so you might need "your way" or something like TF there. Unless you are young ish and reasonably good looking - Chiang Mai is a stop off point for many backpackers going north so you might be able to do unpaid hook ups with backpacker girls - if you invest a bit a time in chatting to them and buy them a few drinks /dinner etc. But if you are on your own, you can't be fucking all the time so it can be nice chatting to them anyway exchanging stories and info etc.

I am sure you will have a great time - i can't wait to return for my 5th visit later this year!

As SCP says, we all want different things.  And as individuals, we want different things on different days.

Firstly to hotels.  The non international 3-4 star ones (meaning almost all hotels in Pattaya and lots in Bangkok) don't just allow escorts, they help you.  By taking the girl's passport, they make sure she does not do a runner with something you didn't put in the safe. And they might help her get a Bolt if she doesn't know how to get home!  The hotel staff are part of team punt.

I like playing in my own hotel.  Nice suite, fridge with cold beer, balcony for her to smoke, Bose music, big bathroom.  Clean and comfortable.

I booked some escorts on TF.  This is as easy as AW.  Good outcalls.  And I got take away from some Gogos and bars.  For one bar girl, we played pool and messed about for a while.  Then I BF-ed her and we had dinner.  Back in the hotel we had sex once in the evening, and then 2 or 3 times in the morning.  Very pleasant 16 hours for around 3000 baht.  For me this is better than a one hour shag in her place.
