Felt like taking a slight risk with a booking, seeing as she already had a few negatives but one glowing positive. I had spoken to her in the past, but felt like taking a chance this time.

I booked, which was easy enough. Very close to the booking time, she cancelled leaving me with no alternative and time to arrange something else.

I won't bother with this one again. Comes across as very flaky.
