There's a report on another forum from a few weeks back which went very similar.
Basically it appears to be a trafficker's B&S profile to disguise the identities of the real five or six girls in the house.
But two points
1) It may not bother you, but did you notice the profile offers bareback services
2) Look at the main photo close up and check the dirt on her hands and the state of her fingernails. If the hands are filthy, what else doesn't get washed. That should have been enough to deter you
