One of the best in the business - quite how she has managed to fly under the radar amazes me. I think it is normal at most parlours to give the cash at the end. It may be different with indys as most reports I've read, the punters provide the tokens upfront.

I must say l always pay at the start of the punt either at a parlour or with an independent.
I think it just polite and seem to think you get a better service as the woman knows she got

In parlours where they take the whole fee up front, then it is pretty common to pay the WG extras at the end.

In parlours like Sheridans, La Maison and GFE where they just take a room fee, then the WG usually asks me to pay up front but a few WGs don't. And usually the WG asks for the extras up front too. Makes sense, why collect cash at both the start and end? And makes sense to collect up front, as if a WG forgets to get her £10 at the end she isn't happy but can maybe shrug it off, but if a WG forgets to get £70 at the end she would be rightly very unhappy.
