yeah I am aware of those discussions, no way she's a post-op trans, yeah she got a relatively big head  and rather large forehead, but not the first I ever seen on Thai, yeah she got those rather big flabs, but I think they are a result of significant weight loss, even I mentioned in my reviews  that she got some saggy bits, but didn't go into details.

yeah they are relatively big, but this could either weight loss, or some sort of Labial Hypertrophy or something down those lines. not pretty sure

What I am pretty sure about is she's a female.
