So from time to time I like to film punts (with explicit consent from the other party).9/10 both parties will get a copy. Done it quite a few times with trusted regulars. Good for the wank bank, reminiscing etc

Now randomly went onto the WG page and hey presto I see me. It’s not the first time I’ve been on a AW page but main difference is she didn’t ask me.

Now you can’t see my face or anything identifiable in the video so anonymity wise I’m good but I just found it a bit strange that they didn’t ask prior to uploading. Am I overreacting?

P.s. the caption is makes me seem like some demi god  more than likely to get more purchases.

Forgot to say that part, yeah I’m a bit neutral. I don’t care about them selling the clip etc but just find it “odd” that they didn’t say “hey I’m gonna upload this here you okay with that” seems not underhanded but sneaky, I will message them direct but not sure how strong I want to come. Still scratching my head on it

May be a far fetch especially as I don’t have a sp pov but legally don’t they need to say cos they’ll be making monetary gains?

Right, they wouldn’t charge me for filming no if that’s what you’re asking. I’m not getting a discount unfortunately on the normal session 

I didn’t know they were intending to publish it, the way it was asked was as if they were going to do the same as me and just watch it back, hence why I was a bit surprised when I saw it

What exactly did you agree with the SP that the both of you could and could not do with the video?  Did she put any restrictions on what you could do with it?  And if so, what was your response - did you ask for any similar restrictions?  If not, it could be argued that you implicitly gave consent.

Again, by supplying a copy of the video without specifying any restrictions on what she could do with it, it could be argued that you implicitly gave consent.  Particularly if she already has other videos up.

No you are not. Flip it the other way around that a man uploaded without the woman knowing there would be uproar and talks of going to law enforcement about it. If it is that serious for you, best to reach out to the SP about it or otherwise nothing else really can be done.

Edit: Seeing mrwhite's post, you can take that route aswell.

No, not explicit restrictions given or said. Just said you wanna film, yes and we did so. Nothing stated on restriction wise, maybe a downside on my part.

To the last part, I’ve had in the past shared content with AW providers and never seen them upload it on their page so assume In those cases they’re just viewing it at random times/places, like I would.

You are completely correct in terms of the principle, but the reality and practicality is likely to be otherwise.

To me it is simple. If you record and share digital sexual content with someone, then it has to be on the assumption that it may be shared with third parties either a small scale individual basis, or widespread public access.

A contract will give you some protection and recourse after the event, but by then it may be too late as it will have already been viewed and copied. It is all based on mutual trust which to be fair often works .. until it doesn't. Many a celebrity and politician will testify to this.

In this instance I would suggest the conversation that took place has been very vague and  with no discussion of any restrictions on use of the footage, so as others have said it is what it is.

Someone can ask me for a million pounds, doesn’t mean I will give it to them.

The whole point, which I’ve gratefully received is solid advice. My main objective, in how to tackle this dilemma.

Questions such as a link to the video, is not in my interest or thought process to disclose, there would be no positive purpose would it serve.

So yeah, people can ask me about a link to it, doesn’t mean I’ll do it, I have no obligation to do that.

I would say, if your face isn’t in it and you’re not too concerned, to not worry about it too much. Yes, it isn’t really on and if it was the other way around you’d attract all sorts of labels and possible protection (you could do that yourself in this scenario) - but again, if your face isn’t in it and you can’t be identified, no real issue. A lot of SPs don’t allow filming and you’ve got the videos, I’d say you’re still up on the deal.

Also, if you share the video with the SP, I would wonder what you would expect the SP to do with it. I doubt many would be sat there’s watching it and flicking the bean, so I’d half expect them to upload it. You took precautions, kept your face out of it, so no harm done.

Personally, I’d be checking out the thumbnails and getting off on the fact that that is me

Not only is it illegal it's also against AW's terms and conditions to upload anything without consent.
