The address is 114 ninian park road in the Riverside area of Cardiff. Parking can be limited but I've never had a problem in the nearby side streets.
If you were coming by train, the nearest station would be Cardiff central and is approximately a 20 minute walk heading west down wood st, across the bridge, turn right onto taffs mead embankment where there is a bird watching spot if you have some time to kill.  Turn left onto pendyris street, past the trashed, turn right onto Clare road. Proceed to the traffic lights and turn left onto Tudor road.  Continue on Tudor road which becomes ninian park road,  the premises are found on the right hand side of the road on the corner and is clearly marked by the big ginger massage sign on the shop front.
If you don't fancy the walk, taxis are available at an estimated cost of £5.50 according to veezo.
Train times can be found on Trainline app.
Maybe someone could add bus routes and the nearest stop because I haven't a clue on buses, don't ever remember ever going on one.

Presume trashed should read Tramshed, but unless (feathered) bird watching is the priority, surely most direct route from Wood St. (by Station) is over the bridge into Tudor Street and continue along to Ninian Park Road? (Just checked it on map)

It’s a straight walk from station, turn left over the bridge, on Tudor street (which many people call Tudor Rd ) straight on from traffic lights , becomes Ninian park road , imagine it would take about half hour
