Why wait a couple of months to post a terrible review. Surely should have done it just after the effort to book. Have previously seen this SP and service was ok - her comms as I recall were good

Any SP is entitled to post a rebuttal as long as they don't go OTT or slag punters off. It's then up to members to consider all the information available and make their own decisions.

I didn’t bother reviewing at the time as if I remember rightly my plan B was decent and that got reviewed instead.

This one’s not had a positive since 2022

A lot of people would argue that negative reviews are the more important as they can save people wasting time and money but it's your choice if you don't think it's worth warning others.
