just pop into Tesco or Asda pharmacy. The pharmacist will ask you a few questions in a private room and will give you what you want. Asda is computerised so you can pick up from any Asda afterwards. Tesco are paper based form. You will have to have a consultation every time but it's private and all the answers are NO.

Do you get side effects from just one tablet or do you take them everyday? .......just interested as I would like to try just one to see if I get a harder and bigger stiffy than the rock hard and big stiffy I get now

Dodo, I have tried them once or twice and they work great specially if you've been out on the beer the night before or even if you've been drinking. I would not recommend taking them all the time and in fact I stopped as they can give you very high blood pressure, mine is border line but they make it over the top.

Frenchy, I did a little bit of research and found that the best advice was to take one 30mins to 1 hour before you do the deed and as to how long it lasts depends on the strength of the tablet.  I only tried it 3 times and it worked great, after I pop I usually cannot a get a hard on for a while, with that stuff no problem, soon as I was rubbed and touched up it came lol. Make no difference to your sperm level, if your empty your empty lol.

I think I'll go the Superdrug or Asda way in future. I pay £40 at Lloyds for 4 Cialis. Repeat prescription from docs. I cut each tablet into 4 using a pill cutter (eBay). I take one approx an hour before the deed and stay hard and most importantly retain sensitivity for an hour easily. This is the same for up to 3 days after taking a tab. Only side effect is a slight headache.
I found that Viagra gave me a thumping headache and my cock lost sensitivity.
Play around with the dosage by cutting the pills as the standard 20mg tablets are way over the top.
