Major downside here, the massage rooms are up a staircase, the door you enter via is locked and is on the ground floor so I would ring to let them know you are about to walk in. Even with an appointment, I was left outside the locked door, with queuing traffic next to me while the lady opened the door and let me in. Very glad I'm not known in the area.
