I've never punted outside my region here in sunny Yorkshire but in a couple of weeks I'm driving to Europe. Stops will be Lille - Amsterdam - Cologne - Luxembourg - Brussels, in that order, a day in each place roughly.

Anyone got any punting tips, suggestions, or experience in those parts?

Cologne and Brussels will be your best bet, Lille is right on the Belgium border, so you might be better of popping over the border for a punt, Amsterdam is hit and miss, the main RLD is now a adult amusement park, where all the tourists can point and laugh at all the hookers in the windows, but there are some other options, If you're into sex parties there are numerous clubs in BE & NL that host daytime and evening events.

I don't know much on Luxembourg, but as its a tax haven it could be expensive, if you see Amazon there ask them where our bloody taxes are!

While in Cologne head down to Rodenkirchen, where you will find the Samya saunaclub.

Why didn't I know this last month when I was bored in Cologne!?  Escort lookup sites weren't very helpful.  I know AW is a bit crap but still wish there was a reliable global directory! Maybe TripAdvisor should buy out AW and add an adult section.  PuntAdvisor!

Frankfurt and Cologne are two good punting towns, yes read up the reports here, and on forums like ISG.

Upstairs are 7 floors of girls, well 6 as the 7th floor is lady boys! Prices start at 30 euro for the girls. If you don't want drinks I think its 5 euro entry. When I was in Amsterdam, the Singel RLD was not as busy as Der Wallen (the tourist RLD) and had some very good looking girls. The Der Pijp RLD was small and required peril-sensitive sunglasses: there were some absolute horrors there - but they may have been very cheap.

As for the RLD scene there are two area's. Doubletstraat en Geleenstraat. I haven't been there for some time but will write what I remember.
Doublet was known as the cheap street. You could get laid here starting at €25 for 15 min. Geleen was the expensive street having similar prices as in Amsterdam starting at €50.

Last time I was there Doublet had a lot of Bulgarian girls. Geleen has a mix of everything but mostly local girls.

You can also look at External Link/Members Only and External Link/Members Only. Look for place names 'Den Haag'.

I personally don't recommend using agencies.

Overall, a great time. The taxi driver we asked to take us to Samya said they wouldn't let us both in, and the same for Teenyland. After what happened at Pasha, no reason to disbelieve him, he lost out on the fare! We did go to a swingers club called Partyclub Swingertreff 18 and that was a really good time. They actually had a few paid girls (regular swingers told us those girls were definitely paid) in there who kept the fucking going for the single guys as well as a fair few genuine swingers. Like any swinging club I guess it could vary tremendously, we got it on a good night!

Oh yes I know of that club in Zollstock, I've visited it's sister club in Frechen before, there aren't many decent swinger clubs near Cologne, Beverly Erotik disco near Solingen is well regarded.
