Anyway, its not happening, and I managed to get £60 back.  First time I've had an issue like this. I dressed and left.  I suggested she changed her profile to avoid confusion but she said "I'm not changing anything"

Yes I mentioned the same OWO thing in my review, I don't think her English is the best and she may not understand the difference between the two terms. 

I don't see why she should be reluctant to update it, make it nice and clear for everyone what is/isn't on offer.  Avoid any situations like yours.
