This was an odd one and as I write I'm still deciding if it's a negative or a neutral. I think I'll write the review, read it through and then decide.
The place, is new, only a couple of months old and close to several stations though I walked up from Liverpool St which is about 8-10 minutes away. It's in a modern-ish building, up a few stairs with a small reception and 2-3 rooms. The room I was in had a basin and shower at the back, was heated/Ac'd and more than fit for purpose. The massage took place on a large and comfortable table. I phoned ahead and the woman who answered sounded very sweet. The woman at reception looked a delight - slim, pretty, maybe 5ft 3-4 inches, nicely made up and very friendly. Her name was Jenny. Promising I thought.
Unfortunately, the 'event' never really got out of second gear. The massage was ok-ish, but very little pressure and in the end just dull and boring. A towel was used to drape and at no time did the woman's hands ever wander or stray. It was all very proper and very genteel.
After about 45-50 minutes she introduced the subject of extras, which as I recall were: £40 for handjob, £70 for topless and £100 for naked. Far too much for me and I pointed out that at establishments not far away I could get more for half her prices. She dismissively said 'that's because they're Chinese places'. I can't see that makes much of a difference. Anyway, pretty or not she was boring me and there was no way I would pay her prices. She finished up on time, I had a shower, got dressed and left. I won't be back.
BTW, when I left there was another woman on reception who was also very slim and pretty.

Very rarely had the management agree price on prem, they might tell me don't let the girls charge more than x for whatever but that'd be if I'm familiar with them and the girls had already been told about the accepted rates.

A few questions. . .if you don't mind!:
- Did you negotiate the £55 at the desk as the website states £60 for 1 hour (I paid £45 for 45 mins). Although the website now states £50 for 45 mins. . .so maybe they increased their prices recently?
- And to clarify you didn't take up any of the extras in the end, so you just had a 1 hour massage for £55? (That must have been desperately frustrating!)
- You didn't try to negotiate the HJ option price? (I managed £30 as per my review).

The price is as I remember it.
I didn't take up the options at the end because I was bored with the girl and her lack-lustre efforts and her prices were way too high for me. 
Upon hearing the prices, I said they were way too high and other places close by were much cheaper. 'That's because they're Chinese' she said as though that explained everything.
Yes, the lady at reception 'Jenny' was the one who did the massage and yes, she was very attractive. That's as far as it went. The other girl I saw on the way out was also slim and good looking and younger I would say.
