Arranged appointment 3 days in advance and was asked to confirm on the day.

First thing in the day, confirmed as requested but didnt get a confirmation back. I tried again at 2 hours and then 1hr before the punt. As it’s about 1hr to get there I didn’t leave the house. Left a polite message that I won’t be attending without a confirmation. In the end, I had no plan B so just stayed home.

Maybe this one is better to arrange an on the day rather in advance.
