Comms Called but no answer - then

Venue Nondescript (which is a good thing) 5 story block in Chelmsford. Near enough to large car park. Gents barbers fairly close by (for ref).
I found it a bit of a bugger to get to though - which was not her fault. Also complex instructions for the entry keycode sequence to the flat which was hard to hear over the busy traffic and she was getting impatient repeating it in only passable English.
