A reverse image shows another profile in Birmingham and another in London with the same photos so I’m guessing probably not real.

Looks like a typical bait and switch profile possibly Rom

Lure you in with nice tits on the profile picture and when you set up a meet it’s someone totally different and you get a mediocre service
