The comms are terrible.  (Maid or sergei?).   Wanted to revisit twice and couldn't get a booking.  It's like texting a bot that auto answers with the same thing, "i don't do anal but i deliver good service, blah blah".

Yes agreed.   There is a “”management connection “” who do the Comms & also find the gurus the accommodation & help with them moving to different locations.  I would guess that they take a decent cut of the £££.   As I genuinely don’t believe that she has the business mind & location connections to have ready made studio flats etc.   to move every 2/3 weeks to new areas & locations.
