Not really a sex destination, Krakow is a conservative city, the cultural heart of Poland, very Catholic, the last Pope was from there!

All is not lost, there is some action there...check out the other forum.

Pretty sure the Strip clubs on Westerplatte are overpriced and a waste of time, but there are some indie flats about in the Old Town. I didn't partake as I was with non-punting company.

Yes, Poland is conservative in many ways but not when it comes to the sex trade. Plenty of escorts about or "sponsored" arrangements.

Krakow is not an obvious sex tourism destination in the mould of Prague, Frankfurt, Berlin, Amsterdam, Pattaya, Angeles City, Rio, etc, and it is one of the most conservative cities in Poland, the premier University City, a bit like Cambridge, full of middle-class students, but very few of them offering tricks.

Although no doubt there are some worthwhile punting options if you can seek out the good value indies...this page has some, get a local SIM and call up the ones that indicate they speak English, prices seem reasonable at 150-400zl (£30-75ph)
