Poor communication I've noticed with Lily, we know that this profile is genuine and she has essentially been removed from the books at diamonds yet I sent her a message asking about a booking and no response. The email was read but no response; absolutely gutted as really wanted to meet this girl yet comms have been a nightmare.

If you've emailed a couple of times, she's read them but isn't replying then it could be down to a few reasons but mainly I'd say that she isn't interested in your booking (picking & choosing clients is why some ladies work Indie).

As mentioned, she may be in-undated with messages but any lady should reply as soon as read them, even if its just a copy&paste BS response about why she can't see you that day/time etc - otherwise they'll only get lost in list within days.

It's business afterall, not like a mate texting etc where - depending on what asking/wanting - you can read but afford to leave the reply for hours/day.

Overall.  If it comes down to it, remember that seeing her isn't a total long-shot - cos you could just book via agency.

On their AW profile they come across as smart & caring ladies, with good business head.
Plus, don't use many peoples pet hate - text speech (from what I've read) - which is huge bonus!  Purely because many ladies seem to do so, and, it comes across as very unprofessional & shows bad education (tip to other ladies - an AW profile isn't your private Facebook profile - its a business advert!!)

Anyway, If both ladies can grasp managing their own work, promptly replying to messages, continue to provide what sounds like a great time, and, generally use AW to work for them then there's no reason why they cannot do really well from this decision.

I suspect that they where using Diamonds to build up a reputation, and, client base before going it alone.

I think even if the place had been spotless the girls would have cut their ties with Diamonds sooner rather than later.
When I first met them in July they reminded me a hell of a lot of a young lass I met  in Edinburgh in 2005 by the name of Becky who was 19 and was sensational.She basically worked in about three saunas and through her magnificent service built up a huge customer base and then went indy.
She was that successful that she ended up being able to charge £250 for the first hour and still had them queuing up..and she even had credit card payment facilities..this was opposed to the £60 per hour shed be getting at the saunas.
So good luck to them both they are both superb and have a good head for business ( one of them a bit more than the other).. and as I said in my review of them when I saw them in August..make the most of them chaps..before the next stage in the Master Plan.
