I only ask because I did have a legit massage several years ago. The masseuse was adamant there were no extras. But it was kind of kinky knowing this while her hands floated over me.

To answer your question the massage was both facing down and up.
Tbh I lied down on my back indicating for her to start me facing up, only to be told she will start with me facing down but half way through she asked me to turn around and the whole time I did have a boner.
I was hoping at some point she would give in and offer extras but alas!
