Encouraged by some of the positive reviews I decided to treat myself and book Sophia Angel.

Comms were quick and to the point. Meeting booked together with confirmation from me.

Got ready and about to leave for the meeting and I saw a message asking if I’m still coming and then asked if I want to cancel. Responded by confirm that I am coming but SP decided to cancel anyway..! Offered me another time a bit later in the evening (very late).

This was a waste of time. Left me high and dry.. I appreciate that cancellations do happen but this is not okay.
