I'm guessing in the photos she was more made up than usual and posing for effect.  Could also be a little dated.  I think in this game you get to spot obvious filter and factor in that WGs may often not be so radiant on the day.

I'm curious as OP says the Hungarian market seems to be levelling out these days.

The profile (currently) doesn't state any 'extras', can you confirm if and when (during booking or at the punt etc) these 'extras' were discussed or confirmed

Why not ask the SP for the current postcode since you're booking?  It's possible they may have moved since OP's visit or indeed may move by the time you go "soon", she's not an established veteran with a known permanent premises.
