Emailed to check that appointment was still going ahead. Deleted without reading.

Has since set her feedback to private

Communication before making the booking was all ok.

Yes I booked then her profile went down and then it came back up, feedback hidden and bareback added to her likes.

Exactly the same experience. Couple of weeks ago we exchanged a few emails to arrange a time for this week. They requested I make a AW booking which I did but was never confirmed. Then radio silence. All emails go unread.
