I wouldn't take any notice of the OP's comments, nor give them any credence, he's punting at the budget end of the market. Chloe obviously isn't for budget oriented punters.

Can confirm, I've seen her multiple times since my review and have had CIM on the table. In my experience though, I've not outright asked for it, she has been the one to initiate it. I would assume it's at her discretion unless someone else can say otherwise.
