As the title says it’s called tea talk as the title also says it’s in Waterloo/Lambeth North as the review stated to be very specific it’s on Baylis road which is a couple of mins walk from Lower Marsh, not sure what other info you need. If you google tea talk and Waterloo or Lambeth North it will come up
