Agree wholeheartedly with your judgement, fair negative, but I do have some sympathy with the SP. For her to be so apologetic and hand back most of the fee she must have been feeling rough. Makes you wonder what sort of pressure she might have been feeling. No excuse for her to waste your time of course, but for example maybe the booking was taken by a maid against Julie's wishes.
