This review is about the general facility since, as many know, it is hit and miss as to the lady you get and they change. As such the detail ‘ blow by blow ’ is not reviewed. I have visited this spa regularly when visiting Norwich and is my preferred spa.
The spa is on a quiet end of Ber St and generally not crowded with pedestrian traffic. Not hidden, but discreet enough to easily pop in while walking by. The spa frontage is easy to recognised and well maintained – often a sign on the pavement. The street is busy with traffic but not with pedestrians. There is on-street parking but can be hit and miss – a large car park near by
There is no dedicated waiting room so advice is to book a time and arrive on time. They seem to be geared this way and is a reasonable practice for a quality service (I would even say a mark of quality), but a walk-in is possible. Generally a few ladies on shift.
The spa is very well maintained and recently upgraded. It is one of the best I have been in and is very well run. Three room. All with showers, mirrors (varying sizes) and are very well maintained.
All ladies have been friendly and present themselves in a professional manner. Decent massage to be had. Usual services in addition at competitive prices.
This is my go-to place for massage.
