This is offered up as general facility review since, as many know in a spa, unless you are a regular it is hit and miss as to the lady you get, and they change. As such the detail ‘ blow by blow ’ is not reviewed. I have visited this spa a few time when visiting Norwich.
The facility is on a relatively busy street. Most busy, but not crowded, during restaurant and weekend time as it is in a tourist like area. The store front is easy to recognise and well maintained. While not highly discreet, easy enough to walk by and quick pop in. The street is pedestrianised so on-street paring not option, however there is a large parking garage about 5-10 minutes walk.
The last visit way during the week with arrival on the hour as a walk-in (they will take telephone reservation). I had to wait in the (small but adequate) front seating area while. Appeared only one or perhaps two ladies on shift (but it was mid-afternoon, mid-week). Reception is clean and tidy.
I have been in two different room. Both with showers, mirrors and are well maintained including the tables and the ladies do a good job of maintenance.
Ladies I have experienced have been in mid 30s to 40s. All have been friendly and have given decent massage with attention to the job. I have had what I would call a very good massage - (again , the hit and miss aspect one can encounter). Usual services in addition at competitive prices.
Overall well run, a step above most (80%) spas and general services. May not end up a regular, but should be no regrets
